Your Role in the Journey
  • Serve as the primary RN overseeing hospice care plans within your assigned caseload

  • Perform comprehensive assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs

  • Partner closely with physicians, social workers, aides, chaplains, and therapists to deliver holistic care

  • Educate and support families through disease progression and end-of-life transitions

  • Provide symptom management, comfort measures, and compassionate presence

  • Document care accurately while upholding regulatory and ethical standards

What You Bring to the Team
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

  • Active Michigan RN license in good standing

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred)

  • A calm, compassionate approach to complex situations

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of home-based care
